Announcement on Core Banking System Upgrade on 08 August at 5PM

Dear Valued Customers, 

AMK would like to inform that in response to the institution’s growth and our commitment to providing a wider range of products and improved serviced, we will be upgrading our core banking system. As a result, all types of transactions at all branches, offices, agents, AMK Mobile, ATM/CDM/DC365, Business Solution platforms, QR scan (AMK KHQR) from other banks via Bakong, AMK UnionPay, and all AMK services will be temporarily suspended for a period of three (3) business days starting from 08 August 2025 at 5PM until 11 August 2025 at 8AM. 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this important upgrade.
