Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • SWIFT remittance support with ensuring compliance both system and back-end.
  • Ensure daily and monthly SWIFT settlements and remittances are accurate and timely.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, monthly reconciliations and settlements on Bakong, utility payment and international transfer (Inward & Outward) are accurate with timely.
  • Ensure adjustment the transactions on time and based on policies and procedure.
  • Responsible run payrolls service for all companies.
  • Responsible run batch transfer for all partners.
  • Produce accounts statement to business partner.
  • Monitor ensure balance are sufficient and available for the needs of operations.
  • Support helpdesk system as per request from related department.
  • Consolidate tracking reports and update reports.
  • Any other tasks as deemed necessary and requested by Settlement Manager, Head of Operations.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (banking, finance, or accounting).
  • One-year experiences in SWIFT back-end support in microfinance and banking industry.
  • Skilled analysing data to find the issue by system or human error.
  • Proficient skills in communication with technical, finance and business team.
  • Honesty, better interpersonal, technology, and stress control.
  • Skilled at managing time, coordinating, monitoring and instructing.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
