AMK Marks Historic Milestone with Official Transition to Commercial Bank

Phnom Penh, March 16, 2026 – AMK would like to inform all valued customers and the public that AMK officially become a Commercial Bank, marking a significant milestone in expanding our financial services to better serve all Cambodians. In order to expand our business operations and better respond to the evolving needs of customers, AMK is now opening a new chapter in history as AMK Bank, having officially received a commercial banking license from the National Bank of Cambodia.
