Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Officer, Deposit & Digital Acquisition & Management is responsible for driving the growth of deposit products and expanding digital acquisition channels. This role focuses on supporting deposit product growing, digital on boarding, deposit portfolio monitoring, customer acquisition campaigns, increasing digital active usage rates, and strengthening collaboration with branches and digital teams to achieve deposit and digital growth targets.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of deposit balances across all key product lines, ensuring sustainable and stable portfolio expansion.
  • Monitor overall deposit portfolio performance across CASA, Term Deposit, and Contractual Savings products and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze customer segments, product performance, balance movements, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly deposit movements to ensure stable and sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Track customer behavior, account activity, and product performance to support targeted growth strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve deposit mix (% CASA to total deposit balance), reduce high cost funds, and strengthen the institution’s funding stability.
  • Coordinate with branch team especially ROs/RS/RMs, and other key stakeholders to support targeted acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with ROs/RS/RMs and relevant departments to address abnormal balance fluctuations and ensure healthy deposit retention.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to provide support and gather feedback for process and service improvements.
  • Reinforce the implementation of the key focus/priorities and strategic initiatives/ execution to ensure sustainable deposit balance growth.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3years of relevant experience in non-credit operations, preferably in a bank or MDI institution.
  • Experience in quality control or compliance roles is a strong advantage.
  • Requires to expert of Ms. Excel [advance excel is prefer]
  • Good problem solving skill
  • Be able to communicate with verity people with the cross functional.
  • Be able to travel to the province
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
