Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the Amk’s vehicle to support mission nationwide in a timely and safety manner as arranged by the Fleet Manager.
• Report to the line manager for any incident or irregularity happening to the assigned vehicle and coordinate to solve the issue.
• Safely transport senior management to meetings, appointments, and official events.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off at all times.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes, considering traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.).
• Arrange regular servicing and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding Senior Management and company matters.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage or documents when required.
• Be available for flexible working hours, including weekends or after office hours if needed.
