Job Responsibilities:

• Execute in managing staff transportation arrangements, including company vehicles, drivers, and travel coordination.
• Monitor company vehicle conditions by assist in checking driver performance and vehicle inspection (fuel,oil, brakes, etc.), ensuring cleanliness, performing and/or advise minor fixes, and coordinating major repairs when necessary.
• Support the management of ride-hailing services for staff, including account creation and deactivation in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain stock of office equipment and maintenance supplies in the Head Office, ensuring timely monitoring and replenishment.
• Managing staff phone number allowances, including activation/deactivation with service providers and reassignment of unused SIM cards following to company policy.
• Execute in managing the access door system by activating or deactivating staff access cards in accordance with company policy and SOP.
• Occasionally collecting and delivering important documents, financial instruments, parcels, and other items to internal departments and external partners in a safe, timely, and accurate manner while adhering to security protocols.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required by operations to support organizational objectives.
• Manage and prepare reports on Transportation & Vehicle Management, Access Control & Ride-Hailing Services, and Logistics, Delivery & Operations Support, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
