Product Summary

AMK’s products have been designed to serve its clients’ financial needs throughout their lives as their lifestyles and income sources change. As a result, AMK offers Loan, Savings, and Inter-branch Money Transfer products.

The typical AMK client joins AMK as a Village Bank client who accesses small amounts of credit through AMK’s Group Guaranteed Loan products. Depending on the clients' income stream, clients can choose between Installment or End of Term Loans. Good clients who return to AMK are rewarded with higher loan ceilings and reduced interest rates for subsequent loans. Successful clients can also avail themselves of flexible Credit Line products and Emergency Loans if the need arises.

Clients who wish to borrow larger amounts can avail of a series of Individual Loan products. These include regular, business expansion and seasonal loan products. Since the amounts and associated risks are higher, these loans require collateral and guarantors.

For city dwellers, AMK offers slightly different Urban Family loan products which are individual in modality, but have relaxed residency, collateral, and guarantor requirements.

Many of our clients reach points where their businesses are so successful, they no longer need credit. In many cases, this means they have excess capital and wish to invest in Savings products. For these clients, AMK provides an array of savings products, including Easy Saving Account, Corporate Saving Account, Fixed Deposit (End of Term), Fixed Deposit (Monhtly Interest Withdrawal), Fixed Deposit for Corporate (End of Term), and Future Account.

Loan Products

AMK offers 8 different types of loans:

Group Loans
1. End of Term - Village Bank, a group guaranteed loan without any physical collateral requirement.

2. Installment - Village Bank, a group guaranteed loan without any physical collateral requirement.

3. Credit Line - Village Bank, a group guaranteed loan without any physical collateral requirement.
4. Easy Loan - Village Bank, a group guaranteed loan without any physical collateral requirement.

Individual Loans
5. Business Expansion Loan, requires physical collateral and guarantors.
6. Seasonal Loan, targets farmers involved in small scale agriculture, crop growing, and animal raising.
7. Easy Loan, for city dwellers who have been residents in the area at least 6 months. One guarantor required but no physical collateral necessary.

For both group and individual clients

8. Emergency Loan, restricted to clients who have completed at least six months with AMK and are still active at the time of application.

Inter-Branch Money Transfer

AMK offers inter-branch money transfer throughout the country.

AMK offers two types of service, office delivery (the money is transfered at branch and sub branch office),and doorstep delivery (the money is delivered at home in the village). The doorstep delivery is available only in two districts, Oraing Ov in Kampongcham and Mesang in Prey Veng.
